Healthcare startup Ayu Health Hospitals, a network of 40+ hospitals across India has announced its maiden entry into Jaipur, via acquisition, adding a network of 16+ hospitals to its portfolio. The company has acquired Jaipur-based SwasthyaSewak.
Through this acquisition, Ayu Health will add 1000 beds to provide localised primary and tertiary medical care for citizens of Jaipur. This apart, the Founder of SwasthyaSewak, Yashu Kapoor has joined Ayu Health in the capacity of Head of Growth and will be based out of Delhi NCR.
Ayu Health has recently raised its Series-A funding of $6.3 million from Vertex Ventures and Stellaris Venture Partners in September 2021. With the addition of 5,000 plus beds in multiple locations across India, the organisation is expected to grow the business by 10 times in FY2022.
