Launches institute at East of Kailash in Delhi
Gurugram-based healthcare edtech startup Virohan has launched Virohan Institute at Delhi-East of Kailash. The technology-based training institute will enable students to become healthcare professionals such as OT technicians, Medical Lab technicians and healthcare Administrators and enable them with a progressive livelihood.
Kunaal Dudeja/Nalin Saluja, CEO/CTO and Co-founder, Virohan states, “We envision to bridge the massive dearth of allied healthcare professionals in India and strengthen the Indian healthcare system with a niche intersection of healthcare and edtech. We have developed an end-to-end, proprietary technology stack to aggregate training providers and standardise operations from mobilisation, training to placements, called myClassroom kit, a proprietary hybrid training solution."
Virohan has partnered with industry players like GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Lenskart etc. All Virohan’s courses include internships at hospitals for hands-on practice of the skills acquired beyond technical know-how. The company has seven centres across Delhi, Haryana, Chattisgarh, UP and Maharashtra and plans to scale up to 160 centres across 35+ cities PAN India and to train at least 1 million students by 2025.
