DLabs at the Indian School of Business (ISB), in partnership with CitiusTech, has recently virtually unveiled the third cohort of its flagship healthcare accelerator programme, ‘I-HEAL @ ISB 3.0’.
This initiative aims to strengthen the digital healthcare ecosystem in India by fostering innovation, supporting startups, and empowering healthcare professionals with advanced digital tools.
The launch event was graced by Manoj Balwani, Executive Vice President at CitiusTech, and Professor. Bhagwan Chowdhry, Faculty Director, I-Venture @ ISB. Both leaders emphasised the vital role of technology and entrepreneurship in addressing the nation’s critical healthcare challenges.
The programme has attracted 173 applications from startups across the country. After a rigorous selection process, 15 high-potential startups have been chosen to participate in the cohort. These ventures span diverse thematic areas, including digital health, women & children, healthcare disease diagnostics, healthcare management & infrastructure, and the geriatric population.
Through I-HEAL @ ISB 3.0, these startups will benefit from ISB’s extensive network of mentors, investors, and industry leaders. The programme offers unparalleled access to hospital and investor partners, guidance on regulatory compliance, and hands-on mentorship to scale innovative solutions. A special focus will be on training healthcare workers with digital tools, ensuring last-mile healthcare delivery is more efficient and impactful.
Key engagements planned during the programme include a healthcare conclave, a hackathon to solve real-world challenges, investment boot camps, and a demo day to connect startups with potential investors and market opportunities.
I-HEAL @ ISB 3.0 is designed to support startups that have progressed beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage, providing them with mentorship, market access, and resources to scale their impact.
