Singapore: VirtualScopics, a US-based provider of clinical trial imaging solutions, IXICO plc, European brain health company, and Japanese company, Micron that provides imaging services for clinical trials in Asia jointly announced that they have entered into a collaboration agreement enhancing each company's global clinical trial imaging solution offerings to Pharma and Biopharma companies. This collaboration agreement will now allow Micron to expand its services outside of Japan to the markets of North America and Europe.

Micron has established an environment to implement many multicentre imaging clinical trials, especially in Asian countries, such as Japan and Korea. Under this comprehensive collaboration with VirtualScopics and IXICO, Micron will be able to broaden its services to handle multinational, multicentre clinical trials beyond Asia, including Europe and the US and expand its analysis services in the field of oncology and neuroscience.
