Taglus (Part of Laxmi Dental Group), a brand offering specialised thermoplastic and polyurethane sheets used in dentistry and orthodontics to manufacture clear aligners and retainers, has expanded its presence to more than 70 countries, as dental laboratories and orthodontic practices adopt digital workflows for clear aligner production.
The expansion comes as the global clear aligner market grows alongside wider adoption of digital dentistry. Digital treatment planning, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM systems and 3D printing are increasingly being integrated into orthodontic workflows, enabling dental laboratories and practices to manage more stages of aligner production within their own facilities.
The global clear aligner market was valued at around $5.5 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach $17.9 billion by 2033, according to Grand View Research.
The expansion across more than 70 countries enables the company to serve markets with different production practices, material requirements and regulatory standards. Its products are supplied across markets including Europe, Australia, Brazil and India, with applicable certifications including CE, TGA, ANVISA and BIS supporting access to regulated markets.
With digital dentistry continuing to expand across developed and emerging markets, Taglus plans to deepen its presence in existing markets and expand into additional geographies. The focus will remain on materials and equipment supporting digitally enabled clear aligner and retainer production.
