The theme for the silver jubilee edition of the summit from November 16-18 is ‘Tech4NexGen’

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate the 25th edition of Asia’s largest Tech Fest - Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2022, being organised by the Department of Electronics, IT, Bt and S&T, Government of Karnataka. The event is scheduled from November 16-18, 2022 at Bangalore Palace in Karnataka. The theme for the silver jubilee edition of the summit is ‘Tech4NexGen’.
Delegates from government, business, research and start-ups across countries like the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and the Middle East are likely to participate in the three-day summit.
Dr EV Ramana Reddy, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Karnataka, and Department of Electronics Information Technology Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka said that on the occasion of 25th anniversary, a special programme is being organised to felicitate 25 enterprises who have completed 25 years of their presence in Karnataka and have contributed towards building the IT, Electronics and Biotech ecosystem.
He further said “We are expecting participation from over 50+ countries, 350+ domain experts, 100+ Sessions, 10K+ delegates, 2000+ Start-ups, 400+ Exhibitors attracting 50K+ expo visitors. A Metaverse experience zone and Lab2Market will be an added highlight of the expo this year.”
BTS 2022 summit is a convergence of conference, international exhibition, product launches, awards and felicitations, IT & Bio Quiz, biotech posters, B2B meetings and much more. While the conference would deep-dive on ITE & Deep tech, biotech and start-up verticals along with Global Innovation Alliance and India US Tech Conclave, the exhibition will be an amalgamation of country and state-specific pavilion, start-up, MNCs and MSMEs, each showcasing their innovative products and services.
