Sky Hospital, Imphal is conducting heart diseases for free for Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) card holders or persons eligible for Ayushman Bharat (National Health Protection Mission).

This announcement came after a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the State Government and the Sky Hospital recently.

Sky Hospital and Research Centre, which is the only full-fledged heart hospital of Manipur, has been empanelled by the Government of Manipur for implementation of the schemes for free treatments of various heart diseases with immediate effect

The package includes common heart conditions or diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, Heart Valve Diseases, Birth Heart Defects, Palpitation, Pacemaker Implant Operation, Coronary Angioplasty with Stent, any Open Heart Surgery, Surgical Closure of Holes in the heart, Heart Valve Replacement Operation (Single/Double), Coronary Bypass Surgery (CABG), Device Closure of various holes in the heart, Balloon Dilatation of blocked heart valves, RF Ablation for various palpitation (PSVT, VT) etc.
