Singapore health-tech firm Symple Wellness Platform Pvt. Ltd, which operates under the Vivant brand, has acquired Pune-based wellness and health analytics platform AllizHealth.
AllizHealth is a consumer-focused wellness and health analytics platform for early identification, tracking and management of health risks and conditions. Vivant offers services including digital health records, health risk assessments, doctor consults, health check-ups, health coaches and condition management programs.
AllizHealth was founded by Chinmoy Mishra, Rasmi Mishra, Gaurav Vij and Dhairya Gupta in 2013. It has a team of 40 people across various functions.
All co-founders except Gupta will remain with Vivant after the acquisition. Chinmoy Mishra will be chief business development officer, Rasmi Mishra will be chief product innovation officer and Vij will be chief technology officer.
