Pall Inc to be acquired?

According to latest reports from Wall Street and Dow Jones, Pall Corporation, a leading manufacturer of filtration technologies, is said to be up for auction worth US $10 billion.

More developments are expected to unfold later this week as talks about the possible takeover progresses.
