Mumbai-based Transasia Bio-Medicals recently unveiled two new Made in India products in its growing portfolio of in vitro diagnostics (IVDs), Erba XL 640 and ESL 30.
The Erba XL 640, a fully automated random access clinical chemistry analyser with the autoloader, is designed to meet the high throughput needs of modern clinical laboratories. The Erba XL 640 helps establish more efficient workflows: it relieves staff from manual work, eases their burden, and aids in achieving faster TAT.
Erba XL 640 has been validated at the Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, Mumbai. Once programmed, the analyser is a walk-away system. Besides, random sample access, innovative robotics and an advanced user interface using windows embedded operating system optimise time management and streamline the workflow.
In its Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) portfolio, Transasia announced the launch of ESL 30, an automated walkaway ESR system with a touch screen interface that improves workflow, turnaround time, and laboratory safety.
