The accreditation committee of the ‘College of American Pathologist’-CAP has awarded an accreditation to MedGenome Labs Private Limited yet again based on results of a recent on-site inspection as part of their accreditation program.

MedGenome is the country’s leading genetic testing laboratory that offers unique genomic solutions in rare diseases, neurology, oncology, infectious diseases, ophthalmology, cardiology and other rare diseases. Dr VL Ramprasad, Lab Director and COO at MedGenome Labs was congratulated for the excellence of the services being provided. This accreditation program is globally recognized as maintaining the highest standards for laboratory quality and having the most up-to-date guidelines regarding diagnostic testing for diseases like cancer. CAP accreditation process is designed to ensure the highest standard of care for all laboratory patients, inspector examine the laboratory records and quality control of procedures for the preceding two years.
