At the Startup Product Launch 4.0 during the Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2025, the Government of Karnataka highlighted a powerful lineup of Biotechnology, MedTech, Healthcare, Wellness and Health Technology innovations developed by cutting-edge startups from across the state. These 11 solutions, among the 50 launched during the summit, address critical gaps in medical diagnostics, disease prevention, sustainable bioprocessing, healthcare delivery, cold-chain management, and human–animal health—strengthening Karnataka’s position as a leader in health and biotechnology innovation.
The Startup Product Launch 4.0 was held on the second day of the four day the 28th edition of the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2025 (BTS 2025), organized by the Department of Electronics, IT & Bt, Government of Karnataka, and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) held from November 18-20 at opened at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).
The products were launched in the presence of Priyank Kharge, Minister for Electronics, IT & Bt, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka. The showcased innovations reflect the state's commitment to enabling startups to transform healthcare outcomes at scale.
Backed by world-class support from K-tech Innovation Hubs, Centres of Excellence (CoEs), Technology Business Incubators, and the Government’s flagship ELEVATE Idea2PoC programme, these startups demonstrate Karnataka’s leadership as India’s premier health innovation hub.
Karnataka’s multi-layered support system—state-funded incubators, partnerships with IISc, NASSCOM, IESA, and the ELEVATE funding pipeline—has enabled startups in biotech, MedTech, and health technology to rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy solutions with global potential.
These innovations reaffirm Bengaluru’s position as a biotechnology and MedTech capital, driving advancements that directly impact public health, sustainable manufacturing, disease prevention, and healthcare accessibility.
