Laying a strong foundation for groundbreaking advancements

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Bengaluru-based National Centre for Biological Sciences-Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (NCBS-TIFR) and Avestagenome Project International Private Limited & Avesthagen Limited.

This partnership aims to promote joint academic research, and development activities of mutual interest, laying a strong foundation for groundbreaking advancements.

The 10000 Avestagenome Project is a global, longitudinal, multi-omics, multi-generational population biobank and database of the endogamous Zoroastrian-Parsi population.

The 10000 Avestagenome Project enables development of qualified biomarkers and therapies using Systems Biology and ML/AI driven algorithms for Cancers, Metabolic Disorders, Autoimmune & Neurological conditions associated with ageing and longevity and inherited rare genetic conditions
