Kedar Upadhye joins Cipla from Reddy's as global CFO

With Mr Upadhye's appointment, Mr Umang Vohra will cease to be the global CFO of Cipla.
Mr Umang Vohra will continue to be the global Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr Kedar Upadhye is a qualified cost accountant with a follow-on MBA from IIM Bangalore. He brings with him deep experience of the global generics business.
Until recently, Mr Kedar Upadhye was VP of global generics finance and head of investor relations at Dr Reddy's.
Prior to Dr Reddy's, he worked with Pepsi India and Thermax Group.
