Torrent completes the acquisition of Zyg Pharma
Torrent Pharmaceuticals has announced the completion of its acquisition of Zyg Pharma.
on May 05, 2015, the company had announced a share purchase agreement to acquire 100 percent stake in Zyg Pharma. Zyg Pharma is a part of the Encore Group and is engaged in manufacturing various dermatological formulations like creams, ointments, gels, lotions, solutions.
"The conditions precedent and closing conditions have been satisfied and the entire equity was transferred to the Company on July 17, 2015," Torrent said in a BSE filing.
