Intas enters the European market
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed
Intas Pharmaceuticals has announced that it has acquired Spanish drug maker Combino Pharm's hospital business in Spain and Portugal for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was made by Accord Healthcare, Intas' subsidiary based out of the UK and Spain.
Reportedly, the acquisition will help the company become the second-largest hospital business player in Spain.
"We would like to inform you the Combino Pharm has transferred their hospital division to Accord Healthcare," said the company in a statement.
