One of the ways to achieve the target average growth of 4% in the agriculture sector is to explore bio agriculture technologies and leverage their benefits.

Biotechnology offers multiple innovative techniques to develop high yielding crops that can counter the biotic and abiotic stress associated with Indian agriculture.
