Quintiles enlisted in Fortune 500

"Being named in the Fortune 500 is a significant milestone in Quintiles' history," said Mr Tom Pike, CEO, Quintiles.

"We operated as a private company for a full decade before returning to the public markets via IPO in 2013. Our inclusion in the Fortune 500 is another indicator that Quintiles is one of the most important companies, headquartered in the United States, conducting business in 100 countries," he added further.

Companies considered for the Fortune 500 are ranked by total revenue for their respective fiscal years.

Included in the survey are companies that are incorporated in the US, operate in the US, and file financial statements with a government agency.

"We come to work every day seeking to help patients and improve our customers' probability of success. making it to the Fortune 500 is evidence that we are indeed on the right path," commented Mr Pike.
