Metropolis Healthcare posts PAT of Rs 58.4 Cr at Q2FY22

Metropolis Healthcare has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the second quarter (Q2FY22). The non-covid revenue has grown 38 per cent YoY to Rs 260 crore. In Q2FY22, the company's revenue from operations was at Rs 302.6 crore, EBITDA before CSR & ESOP was at Rs 93.2 crore and Profit After Tax at Rs 58.4 crore.

"With the economy now strongly recovering from the pandemic, we expect our non-covid business to continue growing sustainably. We recently acquired Hitech Diagnostics which will further enable us to scale up our business, improve the B2C revenue contribution and increase our market penetration by catering to the value segment of the market," said Ameera Shah, Promoter and MD, Metropolis Healthcare.
