Delhi NCR-based health-tech company HealthCare at HOME (HCAH) has acquired SuVitas Holistic Healthcare, a Bengaluru & Hyderabad-based transition care company in an undisclosed amount.

SuVitas will become a 100 per cent subsidiary of the HCAH which will help HCAH to build India’s largest and most clinically accomplished chronic and pre and post-hospital focussed healthcare delivery platform that acts as a ‘Hospital outside of the Hospital.’

“Going forward, our intention is to take this business to 1,500 beds in the next four to five years. In revenue terms, we expect to move up from over Rs 100+ crore currently to about Rs 800-1000 crore in the next four to five years using both organic and inorganic strategies,” said Vivek Srivastava, Co-Founder & CEO, HCAH.

"One of the founders of SuVitas – Dr Ramesh Byrapaneni will also join HCAH Board. With SuVitas running centres at Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the acquisition will help to make our reach much stronger in South India too,” said Srivastava.
