Ramesh Swaminathan, Chief Financial Officer of Lupin Pharma has decided to quit the company to pursue opportunities outside of pharmaceutical industry.
He was part of Lupin for the last 12 years where he was also a whole time director. Swaminathan was part of some of company's biggest mergers and acquisition.
Swaminathan joined Lupin in August 2007 and has been its executive director since October 27, 2015.
The company is yet to announce a replacement for Swaminathan.
