Redcliffe Labs strengthens footprint in Rajasthan with new acquisition

Redcliffe Labs, India's fastest-growing diagnostics network, has further strengthened its leadership position in Rajasthan and North India through the strategic acquisition of a leading diagnostic centre in Ajmer.

As part of its inorganic roll-up strategy, the acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company's vision of building integrated diagnostic ecosystems that bring radiology, pathology, and preventive healthcare together under one roof.

The facility will now operate as Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs, expanding access to advanced diagnostic services for patients across Ajmer and central Rajasthan.

With a network of 16 laboratories and over 150 collection centres across Rajasthan, Redcliffe Labs has built one of the state's most extensive diagnostic networks. The acquisition strengthens its presence in Ajmer, a key healthcare hub serving a population of approximately 2.6 million.

The centre is strategically positioned to serve patients not only from Ajmer but also from neighboring districts like Talwandi, Indra Vihar, Jawahar Nagar, Mahaveer Nagar, Vigyan Nagar, Keshavpura, Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, Dadabari, Shastri Nagar, Basant Vihar, and more, seeking access to high-quality diagnostics closer to home.

Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs is equipped with a 1.5 Tesla MRI, 128-slice CT Scan, Color Doppler, ECHO, TMT, Ultrasound, and X-Ray services, with the capacity to perform more than 1,200 MRI scans and 1,500 CT scans every month. Combined with Redcliffe Labs' portfolio of over 3,600 pathology tests spanning biochemistry, hematology, immunoassays, clinical pathology, serology, hormones, genetics, and specialized diagnostics, the facility delivers a comprehensive end-to-end diagnostic experience. Redcliffe now has a presence across multiple cities in Rajasthan, including Udaipur, Kota, and Ajmer.
