Wockhardt Hospital Mumbai Central has entered into a partnership with HaystackAnalytics, a genomics healthtech startup, incubated in IIT Bombay, to embark on a journey into the realm of precision genomics with the help of whole exome sequencing. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Wockhardt Hospital's commitment to delivering state-of-the-art healthcare solutions to patients across India.

By partnering with HaystackAnalytics, Wockhardt Hospital - Mumbai Central aims to leverage the power of genomics to enhance patient care and improve health outcomes. 

The Genetic Health Plan, being introduced by Wockhardt, is a consumer-centric wellness solution developed on a fully automated artificial intelligence (AI)-based bioinformatics platform. This revolutionary programme is aimed at providing individuals with a circuit view and personalised approach to preventive healthcare, encompassing early detection,  and future health risks through pathological and genomic tests.

It is the first-of-its-kind preventive healthcare genome test, being offered at an introductory price of Rs 15,000, that helps analyse the whole exome, encompassing over 7000 genes, close to 9000 mutations, and important blood parameters to understand the underlying disease predispositions. The cost of the test is Rs 20,000.
