The Association of Diagnostics Manufacturers of India (ADMI), the representative voice of the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, has entered into a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIMBG)
Signed by Jatin Mahajan (President, ADMI) and Dr Vinita S. Sahay (Director, IIMBG), this strategic partnership aims to bridge the gap between premier healthcare management education and the rapidly evolving diagnostics manufacturing landscape in India.
This collaboration introduces structural advantages designed to cultivate future-ready leadership and elevate India's diagnostics manufacturing framework:
• Curriculum Enrichment & Upskilling: Industry veterans from ADMI will contribute to designing and delivering specialised course modules for IIMBG’s MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management) programme. Furthermore, joint Management Development Programmes and short-term certificate courses will upskill existing industry professionals.
• Synergistic Research & Policy Insights: The alliance will drive collaborative research, generating white papers on industry trends, business case studies and consulting projects to solve strategic operational challenges within the diagnostics sector.
• Robust Talent Pipelines: ADMI member companies will secure direct access to top-tier managerial talent through live projects, summer internships and final placements.
• Knowledge Dissemination: Both entities will jointly host national and international seminars and industry conclaves to address policy, technology, and management challenges in healthcare.
