The Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur and the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) Jodhpur have announced Master’s, Master’s-PhD and PhD programmes in medical technologies. The collaboration allows students to work under the joint guidance of faculty from these premier institutes in the emerging areas of healthcare technologies. The last date to apply for the course is June 15, 2022. The coursework will commence in July 2022.

The aim is to provide a common platform for doctors and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and innovation, leading to the development of indigenous healthcare devices and systems through incubation and entrepreneurship. 

To pursue the course, the applicant must qualify for the written test and interview conducted jointly by IIT Jodhpur and AIIMS Jodhpur. The programme will provide opportunities to assimilate cutting-edge knowledge in medical and technological science to address current, emerging, and future challenges in the healthcare sector in the global scenario.
