To ensure broader adoption and deeper integration of RED technologies and services

Hyderabad-based startup RED.Health, a medical emergency response platform, has announced the appointment of Prashant Agarwal as Vice President (VP) of Hospital Business. This strategic appointment aims to propel RED.Health’s mission to revolutionise emergency care across India through innovative technology and unparalleled service.

With a pharma background and MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, Agarwal brings over two decades of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Before RED.Health, he held key positions with leading pharmaceutical and healthcare entities, namely Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Abbott, Sanofi, and AstraZeneca.

In his new role, Agarwal will spearhead efforts to expand RED.Health’s hospital partnerships to enhance operational efficiency and ensure broader accessibility to the company’s life-saving technologies and services. He will focus on deeper integration with healthcare providers and regulatory bodies to create a more robust emergency response ecosystem.

His appointment comes at a crucial time for RED.Health, following its recent achievement as Asia’s first JCI Accredited Medical Transport Company. With a fleet of over 10,000 ambulances serving 510+ cities, RED.Health continues to raise the bar in emergency medical response, with plans to significantly expand their hospital network from 120 to over 250 hospitals within this financial year.

As RED.Health embarks on its next growth phase, Agarwal will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s impact, optimising its service offerings, and encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence across the organisation.
