Dembi will spearhead P&L and operational responsibilities of the hospital

Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital has appointed Mangla Dembi as Head and Senior Vice President.

Dembi joined Max Healthcare as Vice President, Patient Experience in 2020. Prior to her notable tenure at Max, she had an enriching professional journey of over a decade at Fortis Healthcare where she led multitude of projects around patient centricity, operational excellence and business development. In her last assignment at Fortis, Dembi was Facility Director at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj handling the P&L and operational responsibilities

Dembi will spearhead P&L and operational responsibilities of the hospital. Her rich experience in business development, patient care and hospital operations spans over two decades. She graduated in science from Delhi University and post-graduated in marketing from from MNIT, Jaipur.

As the institute is now managed by India’s healthcare giantMax Healthcare, it is known as Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital. We plan to harness the synergy between the two and envisage it to be a state-of-the-art quaternary care medical facility. We aim to enhance patient’s clinical experience, focusing both on clinical outcomes and patient care,” said Dembi.
