Two faculty members from the department of forensic medicine and toxicology, Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector 32, were felicitated for their contribution to the field of forensic medicine by Punjab Academy of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology in its 16th annual conference organised by the Government Medical College, Patiala.
According to the reports by TNN, Dr Dasari Harish, head of the forensic department, received the first fellowship of the Academy and Dr Amandeep Singh, associate professor, was conferred with the Young Scientist Award. Dr Preet Inder Singh, senior resident, bagged the second prize in poster presentation for his work.
