Enbio AG, a global giant in the autoclave sector, has set its sights on the Indian healthcare market with its best-in-class Swiss-designed sterilisers. With an established presence in 50 countries, Enbio is now introducing its innovative and highly advanced B Class Autoclaves to India, capable of sterilising microsurgical instruments within 7-9 minutes. Enbio India has charted an ambitious plan to capture a substantial market share within the next two-three years. The company also plans to set up a logistic centre in India in the coming years.

Autoclave technology has seen remarkable advancements in recent years, revolutionising sterilisation processes in various industries, particularly healthcare. As per the industry estimates, the Autoclaves Market size exceeded $2.2 billion in 2020 and is expected to witness more than 9.7% CAGR between 2021 and 2027.
The global steam autoclave market size is estimated to be worth $3.18 billion by 2028. The pandemic has given a big push to the way India dealt with infection control. Medical practitioners now place a greater emphasis on infection control practices in hospitals and clinics to ensure patient safety and prevent nosocomial infections.
