Dassault Systemes has announced that the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab open innovation laboratory and accelerator program is helping Bengaluru based startup BrainSightAI in its efforts to revolutionize the diagnosis and prognosis of neuropsychiatric disorders using artificial intelligence. The BrainSightAI MRI solutions for functional and structural investigation give an unprecedented view into the patient, enabling early screening, diagnosis and modeling. It combines AI and neuroscience to enable greater precision in neurological and psychiatric investigation for accelerated patient outcomes.
As part of the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab, BrainSightAI is using BIOVIA and SIMULIA applications powered by the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to create a world-class next generation pipeline where data from clinical trials and real-world evidence from hospitals can feed into research and discovery of precision medicine. Psychiatrists can leverage simulation technology to forecast challenges and outcomes for disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and dementia. With SIMULIA applications, the team envisages the potential to develop actionable 3D visualization reports with comprehensive insights for offline consultation. Through simulation of prognosis, doctors can easily develop a medication and therapy impact on the ailing patients.
Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Lab provides select startups with a full technology, mentoring and networking support system to accelerate their digital product development. At the core of this development is access to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as well as the lab’s ecosystem of incubators, mentors, accelerators and fab labs, to capitalize on knowledge and know-how in a wide range of domains, accelerate their product launches, and develop their international footprint. In 2018, the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab was expanded to Pune to encourage and support India’s startup community.
