To nurture the next generation of healthcare innovators

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between IKP Knowledge Park and Centre for Healthcare Entrepreneurship (CfHE), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad, marking the beginning of a collaborative effort to nurture the next generation of healthcare innovators through the IKP-CfHE Biodesign Fellowship 2026-27.

The fellowship is designed to strengthen India's healthcare innovation ecosystem by bringing together medicine, engineering, and entrepreneurship to identify unmet clinical needs, develop innovative medical technologies, and translate ideas into scalable healthcare ventures.

The IKP-CfHE Biodesign Fellowship will officially commence on 15 August 2026, welcoming a new cohort of fellows committed to solving real-world healthcare challenges.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to fostering innovation that addresses pressing healthcare needs and creates lasting societal impact.

Both organisations are aiming to support a new generation of fellows as they transform ideas into technologies that improve lives across India and beyond.
