Bengaluru-based Superhealth has introduced SuperOS, the world’s first agentic AI operating system for healthcare. SuperOS runs the hospital end-to-end, improving both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
SuperOS is built in-house by Superhealth and is currently deployed at its flagship hospital in Bengaluru. It runs day-to-day hospital operations, assists doctors across consultations, differential diagnoses and surgical care, improves diagnostic scan speed and accuracy, monitors admitted patients, optimises operating-room flows and inventory management, and automatically generates discharge summaries.
SuperOS is also at the heart of Superhealth’s zero-wait experience. It intelligently manages appointment slots and durations to maximise face time between doctors and patients, while predicting and proactively flagging potential delays for others.
It also manages Superhealth’s inventory and coordinates medicines and phlebotomists for blood draws, assigning actions so that both reach the patient directly in the consultation room. This eliminates the need to queue at pharmacies or wait at sample-collection areas, significantly reducing patient friction while improving efficiency and utilisation for Superhealth.
