ShardaCare Healthcity and Sharda Hospital has appointed Sandeep Dogra as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Dogra brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare administration.
At ShardaCare Healthcity and Sharda Hospital, he will lead strategic growth, P&L management, and the diversification of services through new specialties and outpatient clinics. He will also focus on expanding digital and telehealth platforms, driving operational excellence through optimised pricing, cross-functional collaboration, AI-driven insights, and patient-centric initiatives, while strengthening teams and further enhancing the group’s integrated healthcare ecosystem.

He is an alumnus of ISB (PGPMAX), Welingkar Institute of Management, and Bharti Vidyapath, and has been recognized with several industry honors including the CEO Award by Max Healthcare, Healthcare Excellence Award by The Times Group, Achievers of the North by The Tribune, and The Pioneer Award from The Times of India.
