DDRC Agilus Diagnostics, a subsidiary of Agilus Diagnostics Limited, has announced the launch of its state-of-the-art regional wellness centre and 24x7 reference laboratory in Thiruvananthapuram, marking a significant milestone as the first reference laboratory in South Kerala.
The advanced facility was inaugurated by Pooyam Thirunal Gouri Paarvathi Bayi Thampuratty, in the presence of distinguished guests V.K. Prasanth (MLA) and Kadakampally Surendran (MLA) from the Kerala Legislative Assembly.
As part of the launch, Dr Anand K, Managing Director & CEO of Agilus Diagnostics, donated a Life Support Ambulance to the Department of Health Services, Kerala, underscoring the company's commitment to community welfare.
The new wellness centre and laboratory, operating 24x7, will cater to the growing healthcare needs of the region, providing access to an extensive test menu of 3,600+ diagnostic tests and a variety of preventive healthcare packages. The facility has the capacity to process over two lakh samples per month, covering routine, semi-specialised, and high-end specialised tests.

The new facility will cater to various districts including Trivandrum city, Nemom, Balaramapuram, Neyyattinkara, Vizhinjam, Kazhakoottam, Nedumangadu, Attingal , Chirayinkeezhu, Varkala, Kollam, Nagercoil and Kanyakumari.
