Karnataka government builds news partnerships to strengthen digital healthcare

Bharat1.ai has formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre of Excellence for HealthTech, MedTech, and Assistive Technologies (CHARAKA CoE), an initiative by the IT BT Department, Government of Karnataka, to establish the Swasthya AI Lab. This state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to accelerating holistic health outcomes through secure, high-integrity data infrastructure for innovative discoveries in the age of AI and Beyond.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has also been announced between the Jalappa Foundation for Innovation and Incubation (JFII), Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research, Karnataka (SDUAHER) and CHARAKA CoE.

This collaboration marks an important step towards creating a stronger ecosystem for HealthTech, MedTech and AssistiveTech innovation, bringing together academia, healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship and incubation.

CHARAKA CoE has also signed an MoU with the Telemedicine Society of India, reflecting another step towards building a stronger health innovation ecosystem, bringing innovation closer to the medical community and creating more opportunities for people to learn, experiment and build.
