US-based Cosette Pharmaceuticals has officially inaugurated its Global Business Operations centre in Navi Mumbai, the company’s first office outside the United States (US).
This strategic expansion aims to leverage India’s deep talent pool and core competencies across the pharmaceutical value chain. The newly established office currently supports key functions such as Regulatory Affairs, SAP, Finance, HR, Data Analytics, Operational excellence, and other enabling services that directly support Cosette’s US operations.
Inaugurating the office, Apurva Saraf, CEO of Cosette Pharmaceuticals, said, “This expansion represents a significant milestone in our journey to build a globally integrated organization. The India office will be instrumental in accelerating innovation and operational excellence. The entire setup was executed under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model in partnership with Amviak Consulting, experienced in establishing global operations. Amviak led the initiative from the grassroots level — setting up infrastructure, enabling core functions, and ensuring operational readiness.
