Kauvery Hospitals, a leader in cardiac care, marked Heart Failure Awareness Week (9th–15th Feb) with the 2nd Edition of the Kauvery Annual Heart Summit 2025 in Bengaluru.
The two-day summit, held on 15th and 16th February, brought together 423+ attendees, including 35+ eminent cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and international experts, to discuss groundbreaking advancements in heart failure management and transplantation. Building on the success of last year’s inaugural summit, Kauvery Hospitals unveiled its Advanced Heart Failure Centre – India’s first artificial intelligence (AI)-powered, multidisciplinary hub for heart failure care and rehabilitation.
Heart failure affects over 8 million Indians annually, with limited access to advanced, holistic care. Kauvery’s Advanced Heart Failure Centre bridges this gap by offering end-to-end solutions, from early diagnosis and AI-guided interventions to heart transplantation, under one roof.
Kauvery Advanced Heart Failure Centre is aimed at treating conditions such as Systolic/Diastolic Heart Failure, Congenital Defects, Valve Disease, and Cardiomyopathy, with advanced procedures like LVAD/ECMO Support, Robotic Cardiac Surgery, TAVR, and Heart Transplants.
This is India’s first programme integrating AI and IoT for real-time monitoring, personalised recovery plans, and predictive risk alerts.
Dr. S. Vijayabaskaran, Executive Director, Kauvery Hospitals Bengaluru said “The launch of our Advanced Heart Failure Centre is a visionary step toward addressing India’s growing cardiac burden. By combining predictive analytics, IoT-enabled real-time monitoring, and multidisciplinary expertise, we empower patients to predict, prevent, delay, and even reverse heart failure. This initiative, spearheaded by our Lifestyle Diseases Department, reflects our commitment to futuristic, patient-centric care.”
