Pall Corporation has announced that its board of directors declared a nearly 11 percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend from the current rate of $0.275 to $0.305 per share.
The dividend of $0.305 is payable on November 10, 2014 to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 20, 2014.
