PolyMedicure, a manufacturer of medical devices has won its five-year long patent battle against German medical devices and pharma giant, B Braun.

Mr Rishi Baid, director, Poly Medicure said in a statement, "The two concerned patents have been revoked by the European Patent Office, as per our information and it is likely that this will have a huge positive impact on our business in Europe."
