Perten is a Sweden-based supplier of analytical instruments

PerkinElmer has announced that the company has completed its acquisition of Perten Instruments Group AB.

Perten is a Stockholm, Sweden-based leading global supplier of advanced analytical instruments for quality control of food, grain, flour and feed. The completion of the acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on PerkinElmer's results for the fourth quarter of 2014.
