AgileBio introduces SNP Manager
The SNP Manager add-on allows users to manage tubes and plates containing markers
AgileBio has announced the release of a new add-on for LabCollector called SNP Manager. This add-on is dedicated to the treatment of SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) genotyping workflows. Users can generate picking lists and instructions files for their tube pickers (Tube sorter and Floyd 2D) and genotyping process (Fluidigm EP1) machines.
When combined with LabCollector samples and documents modules, the SNP Manager add-on allows users to manage tubes and plates containing markers: storage location, stock quantity, status (available, ordered) and suppliers ordering.
