Acacia subsidiary solves dispute with CARL ZEISS

The dispuite was over the Fluorescent Nanoscopy patents

Acacia Research Corporation has announced that its Super Resolution Technologies subsidiary and Carl Zeiss Microscopy, and Carl Zeiss Microscopy, GmbH have reached a resolution of their dispute over the Fluorescent Nanoscopy patents.

The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
