Suburban Diagnostics has launched its Centre of Excellence (COE) in haematology through a webinar on hemoglobinopathies. The COE is a shared facility that provides leadership, best practices, research support and training in the diagnosis of several common and uncommon haematological disorders.
The Centre of Excellence in haematology offers a wide range of more than 200 tests in general haematology, immunohematology, anaemia, coagulation disorders, acute leukaemia, immunodeficiency, myelodysplastic syndromes, myeloproliferative neoplasms, chronic lymphoproliferative disorders and multiple myeloma, to name a few.
COE abides by international standards and guidelines set by the CLSI for Hematology, Coagulation, and Flow Cytometry; the International Society for Laboratory Hematology (ISLH); the International Society for Thrombosis & Hemostasis (ISTH) and the WHO for Immunophenotyping of Leukemia/Lymphoma.
