Aragen receives Great Place to Work certification

Aragen Life Sciences has been certified by Great Place to Work (GPTW) institute as one of India’s top workplaces for the third year in a row. This makes Aragen one of the few companies in India to achieve consecutive GPTW certifications. The certificate, valid for the period February 2022 to February 2023, is given to companies that promote a better, more inclusive work environment that fosters high trust and performance culture.
88 per cent of employees, who participated in the survey, have ranked Aragen as a great place to work. Being certified for three years in a row is a sign of Aragen’s “gold standard” workplace and culture and is indicative of the quality of life employees enjoy within the company. It is a validation of the company's employee centricity, values, culture, and efforts to nurture its talent pool.
