Encube Ethicals to acquire brand Soframycin from Sanofi in India, Sri Lanka

Mumbai-based Encube Ethicals has agreed to enter into definitive agreements with Sanofi group and its affiliates, including Sanofi India for acquiring some of its brands - Soframycin, along with other legacy associated brands Sofradex, Sofracort, Soframycin-Tulle for India and Sri Lanka markets.
The transaction is expected to close within the next three months. Encube and Sanofi will jointly make best efforts to ensure a smooth transition, enabling access to the product at all times across the value chain.
