Bengaluru-based MedPiper Technologies has launched a resume builder specifically directed towards healthcare professionals. The new feature by MedPiper lists out all the important factors that hospitals and other healthcare organisations usually look at before hiring, like clinical experiences and medical licenses, that is generally not found in the standard resume format.
The users can build their resumes according to a pre-set online template, certified by a senior panel of doctors and tested by over 300 healthcare practitioners, and they can revisit from time to time to edit their resume as and when they add new clinical experiences and update their medical education.
MedPiper’s resume builder helps in crafting the resume step-by-step and ensures that it contains all the credentials required for increased visibility when it comes to job openings in hospitals. The feature can be used by all the users at MedPiper Connect, the exclusive career portal for doctors and hospitals.
Nitthin Chandran, Co-founder and CEO, MedPiper Technologies said, “We created our resume builder to help showcase the entire career of a healthcare practitioner in a better light. From the time they graduate from medical college to job hunting and updating their medical knowledge in their opted fields of specialisation, the feature can be used at every stage of their career. The resume builder is an apt fit in the MedPiper ecosystem that aims to improve the career lifecycle of healthcare practitioners.”
