Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, has announced the opening of its Customer Experience Centre housed at Stryker’s Global Technology Centre (SGTC) in Gurugram.
This state-of-the-art centre is designed to demonstrate Stryker’s industry-leading portfolio of medical equipment and offer an interactive environment for customers to experience Stryker’s emerging technologies. This centre will provide a seamless and effortless customer experience in showing Stryker’s products and how they address caregivers’ current challenges.
The centre will showcase ICU beds, emergency transport ambulance cots, surgeon stools and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and other medical products. It will enable healthcare professionals to experience firsthand the capabilities of Stryker's quality offerings through personalised demonstrations and provide valuable feedback to Stryker’s R&D team.
