Regency Healthcare, a pioneer in multi-specialty tertiary care corporate hospitals in Uttar Pradesh (UP), is set to revolutionise the healthcare landscape with a strategic investment of Rs 450 crore from Norwest Venture Partners.

With this substantial infusion of capital, Regency Healthcare is set to fortify its presence in Uttar Pradesh's healthcare landscape, driving an ambitious plan to increase its bed capacity to 2400 by 2026.

Regency Healthcare has been at the forefront of delivering super-specialty medical services to Kanpur, Lucknow, and surrounding cities and rural areas for over 28 years. With a team of over 3000 members and a bed strength exceeding 700, the group's commitment to providing high-quality healthcare has garnered it a distinctive reputation.

The strategic investment will lead to a substantial expansion of Regency's infrastructure and services, directly benefiting the people of UP. By August 2024, the hospital is set to open 250 beds in Gorakhpur, followed by 450 beds in Kanpur in January 2025, and 350 beds in Varanasi in January 2026. Regency is also actively exploring opportunities in Bareilly and Agra, further solidifying its commitment to becoming the premier healthcare provider in the state.
