Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has started a 2-year exclusive post graduate course MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine, which will open a slew of opportunities for students.
The course includes medical writing, coding, pharma-vigilance, regulatory affairs, medico marketing affairs, clinical research, data management and other subjects.
The pharma sector is quite large throughout the world. Due to the current mode of living, changes in climate and increase in population, newer diseases are cropping up and require newer drugs. To cope with the challenges, the pharmaceutical sector is continuing its research into newer drugs to maintain the health of the people.
This course will provide skilled personnel to the pharmaceutical industries and for students, it will create attractive opportunities in drug manufacturing, research, regulatory agencies, government etc.
