The MoU will aid in to build collaborative research in healthcare and technology

The Apollo University, Chittoor has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Hyderabad (UoH), an Institution of Eminence. The MoU was signed by Dr Devesh Nigam (Registrar, UoH) and Dr M Potha Raju (Registrar, The Apollo University). Prof. BJ Rao, Honourable Vice-Chancellor, UoH, and Dr K Prabakar Head, Academic Affairs, Apollo Knowledge, Chennai were present for the ceremony.
Prof P Prakash Babu, Senior Professor, School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad and Prof R Satyanarayana, The Apollo University will be the coordinators for the implementation of the MoU.
The objective of the collaboration is to support quality training programmes in technological and healthcare research and promote inter-institutional cooperation. The agreement explores the exchange of knowledge and collaboration in technology, medicine, data science, machine learning and speedy diagnosis.
The agreement is a boost-up for both institutions in the areas of biomedical science, genetics and molecular biology and health informatics and analytics.
